Well, you are at the right place! We call this post smoothie kingdom, because once in a while, we will be updating this post with amazing smoothie recipes, courtesy, FIT and FELINE. These smoothie recipes are what we include into our diet plans that help our clients massively to gather all necessary nutrients into a cup, making the process of body shaping and fitness upgrading a smoother, sweeter journey, and give them those jaw dropping results you love us for.
This also serves as a recipe book/guide for those starting their fitness journey with us.
While we do love to share our secrets with you, it is also important to let you understand the risks involved, should you choose to try out any of these recipes:
1. CERTAIN SMOOTHIES FOR CERTAIN PEOPLE:
One thing we love to do at Fit and Feline is to design our diet plan to fit in with each of our client’ health. We take note of medical issues and allergies, such as Ulcer, Lactose Intolerance, PCOS, High Blood Pressure, Kidney and liver issues, Allergies to Citrus, Vegetables or roots, etc before designing a fitting diet plan for the client’s body goal. So, not every recipe here is for you.
2. CERTAIN SMOOTHIES FOR CERTAIN BODY GOALS:
Again, we don’t play when it comes to getting results for our clients. Some of our clients have goals of gaining weight, some have goals of losing weight, some have goals of maintaining their body weight, some have goals of addressing a certain body defect. We craft many of these smoothie recipes to address the various specific goals of our clients. So, before you jump on any recipe, make sure it aligns with your specific body goal.
3. CERTAIN SMOOTHIES FOR CERTAIN DIET STAGES/LEVEL
Just like your meals in a diet, smoothies are meant to be had at a certain time, in a certain arrangement for it to be very effective. If you do not have prior knowledge of a diet structure, using any of this smoothie recipe as you will, would only serve as entertainment nutrition, not for hitting a specific fitness/body goal.
