GUT HEALTH SMOOTHIE


You can tell this is yummy and health boosting.
PURPOSE
- The Gut Health smoothie helps with healing your stomach, intestines and digestive organs
- It aids in dealing with Digestives issues
- It enriches your body organs with necessary vitamins and minerals for a functional digestive system.
INGREDIENTS (per serving)
- 2 Frozen/Fresh Average sized Bananas
- 1 Pear or Apple
- 5 Fresh Leaves of Spinach or Pumpkin Flute (Ugwu)
- 5 Fresh Leaves of Basil (Scent) Leave
- 1 Round Slice of Pineapple
- 1/2 Finger of Ginger or Turmeric
PREPARATION
- Wash all Ingredients with warm water (and salt) before peeling/cutting
- Dice Bananas, pineapple and pear/apple into a bowl/plate
- Peel the ginger/tumeric and chop to small pieces.
- Slices the spinach/ugwu and Basil leaves to tiny or very small pieces (for easy grinding)
- Pour a glass of water into a clean blender
- Add sliced spinach/ugwu, Basil leaves and chopped ginger/tumeric into the blender and blend smooth
- Add diced fruits into the blender, and blend together until smooth (Blend with ice if available)
- Serve into cup or into a tight cover container and refrigerate.
- Storage lifespan is 24 hours if mildly refrigerated and 72 hours if kept frozen.

INGREDIENTS (per serving)
- 1 Avocado
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Tablespoon of Chia seeds
- 5 Fresh Leaves of Spinach or Pumpkin Flute (Ugwu)
- 1 Round Slice of Pineapple
- 1/2 Finger of Ginger
PREPARATION
- Wash all Ingredients with warm water (and salt) before peeling/cutting
- Scoop out Avocado cream, Dice Carrots and pineapple together into a bowl/plate
- Peel the ginger and chop to small pieces.
- Slices the spinach/ugwu to tiny or very small pieces (for easy grinding)
- Pour a glass of water into a clean blender
- Add sliced spinach/ugwu, chopped ginger, with a tablespoon of chia seeds into the blender and blend smooth
- Add Avocado cream, diced carrots and cut pineapples into the blender, and blend together until it forms smooth taste (Blend with ice if available)
- Serve into cup or into a tight cover container and refrigerate.
