BEET SMOOTHIE

PURPOSE
- The Beet Smoothie helps with regulating your blood pressure and blood sugar
- It aids in dealing with Inflammation and Digestive issues
- It enriches your body organs with necessary vitamins and minerals for a functional digestive system.
INGREDIENTS (per serving)
- 2 Refrigerated/Cooled Cooked Beetroot
- 1 Frozen/Fresh Banana
- 1 Lemon/Orange
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Round Slice of Pineapple
- 1/2 Finger of Fresh Ginger

PREPARATION
- Boil/Roast Beets
- Wash all Ingredients with warm water (and salt) before peeling/cutting
- Pour a glass of water into a clean blender
- Cut Beets, Bananas, carrot, pineapple and ginger into the blender
- Squeeze the lime or peel and cut the orange into blender
- Blend together until smooth (Blend with ice if available)
- Serve into cup or into a tight cover container and refrigerate.
- Storage lifespan is 24 hours if mildly refrigerated and 72 hours if kept frozen.

- 2 Carrots
- 1 orange
- 1 frozen/peeled Banana
- 1 Round Slice of Pineapple
- 1/2 Finger of Ginger
