PURPOSE
- The Power Up Smoothie helps with providing quick and stable energy

INGREDIENTS (per serving)
- 2 Frozen/Fresh Bananas
- 1 Tablespoonful of Chia seeds
- 1 Tablespoonful of Cocoa/Protein Powder
- 1 Avocado Pear
- Milk
- Water/Ice

PREPARATION
- Put all ingredients into a clean blender
- Blend together until smooth (Blend with ice if available)
- Serve into cup or into a tight cover container and refrigerate.
- Storage lifespan is 24 hours if mildly refrigerated and 72 hours if kept frozen.

INGREDIENTS (per serving)
- 1 Slice of Pawpaw
- Handful of Strawberries
- 1 orange
- 1 Apple
- Handful of dates (No seeds)
