PURPOSE

  • The Power Up Smoothie helps with providing quick and stable energy
  • It aids in dealing with Digestive issues
  • It enriches your body organs with necessary vitamins and minerals for a functional operation and Muscle building.

INGREDIENTS (per serving)

  • 2 Frozen/Fresh Bananas
  • 1 Tablespoonful of Chia seeds
  • 1 Tablespoonful of Cocoa/Protein Powder
  • 1 Avocado Pear
  • Milk
  • Water/Ice

PREPARATION

  • Put all ingredients into a clean blender
  • Blend together until smooth (Blend with ice if available)
  • Serve into cup or into a tight cover container and refrigerate.
  • Storage lifespan is 24 hours if mildly refrigerated and 72 hours if kept frozen.

Alternative RECIPE

INGREDIENTS (per serving)

  • 1 Slice of Pawpaw
  • Handful of Strawberries
  • 1 orange
  • 1 Apple
  • Handful of dates (No seeds)

PREPARATION

  • Wash all Ingredients with warm water (and salt) before peeling/cutting
  • Put all ingredients into a clean blender
  • Blend together until smooth (Blend with ice if available)
