CHILL SMOOTHIE


Way too chill…
PURPOSE
- The Chill Smoothie helps with regulating your energy and aiding healing/recovery
- It aids in promoting good gut health
- It enriches your body organs with necessary vitamins and minerals for proper healing/recovery.
INGREDIENTS (per serving)
- 1 Avocado Pear
- 1 cup of Frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup of greek yoghurt
PREPARATION
- Wash all Ingredients with warm water (and salt) before peeling/cutting
- Put all ingredients into a clean blender
- Blend together until smooth (Blend with ice if available)
- Serve into cup or into a tight cover container and refrigerate.
- Storage lifespan is 24 hours if mildly refrigerated and 72 hours if kept frozen.

- Honey
- A pinch of cinnamon
