FIFE SPICE TEA


Smells so good, tastes even better!
PURPOSE
- The Spice Tea helps with gut healing and fixing
- It aids in muscle repair and relaxing for improved performance
- It enriches your body organs with necessary vitamins and minerals for a functional digestive system.
INGREDIENTS (per serving)
- 1 Green/Black Tea bag
- A finger of Fresh Ginger
- A finger of Fresh Turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon of Cloves
- Milk
- Honey (Optional)
PREPARATION
- Wash ginger and turmeric with warm water before peeling
- Cut/Crush to small pieces (to let the juice out)
- In a kettle of boiling water, drop into it, the tea bag along with diced/crushed ginger, turmeric and cloves.
- Allow the tea to brew for 2 minutes, then serve hot into a cup (use a filter if available)
- Add some milk into the cup of tea
- Add 2-3 teaspoons of honey into the tea.
- Mix and Enjoy Hot.
- Tea (without milk) can be refrigerated in bottle. Must be warmed hot before drinking.

- Pinch of black pepper
- Honey (Optional)

- In a kettle of boiling water, drop into it, the tea bag along with diced/crushed ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, a pinch of black pepper and cloves.
