Our people keep getting better and more creative with the meals on their diet plan and it makes us feel so proud! Dieting is never meant to be boring, and we do our best to incorporate new, exciting meals and their recipes into our clients’ diet mix, while protecting their body goals and trusting their creativity to bring perfection to reality.
October was another magical month at Fit and Feline; in our Premium Community (FIFE eGYM) and our Support Platform for Clients on our Private Programs. We had loads of beautiful meals coming in that made picking the top 10 really difficult. Anyway, here goes our top picks (this was tough)… and some others that were close but didn’t make it to the top 10.

Now that you are ready, Let’s dive into October’s Top10
10: SPAGHETTI, VEGGIES AND EGGS

Kicking off our countdown with mouthwatering spaghetti, with nicely cut veggies and two boiled eggs. This plate is a nice pick-me-up on a dull day, providing you with all necessary sustainable energy and a mood boost. A childhood classic. We love the great contrasts of colors with the plating. A really cute job, well done.
9: BROWN BREAD, BEAN CAKE AND CHICKEN

This meal looks like a high protein energy weapon waiting to be locked and loaded. It makes you want to mash the bean cakes and egg on the bread with some strips from the chicken and have a bite into the heavenly richness; it does leave a lot of room to the viewer’s imagination. However, apart, it still promises variety of sweet filling tastes and diverse textures. All of this we love about this plating. Good job!
8: FIFE BEET SMOOTHIE

What is amazing about this diet-cam is not only the feel of quality and aura the presentation of this Beet Smoothie gives, it’s also the amazing line-up to the backdrop of a beautiful basket shelve of fruits. The use of lines and angles in this simple but amazing shot, makes us shake our heads in awe. Asides that, we love the play on colors: The striking redness of our Beet Smoothie mirrors its richness in antioxidants.
7: GOAT MEAT PEPPERSOUP

‘Inviting’ says the least about this meal shot. Everything speaks Comfort: from the cleanliness of the bowl, the see-through spicy soup, the bold pieces of meat and the fine mat backdrop, this diet-cam feels like a warm hug after a cold long day. Sweet spicy protein for good energy and recovery. Well done!
6: OKRA SOUP WITH CHICKEN AND FISH

You can just tell that this bangs so hard! What happens when sea food okra visits the land? This banger of a meal. We love the effort that went into this African sweetness. We can just imagine this slippery fiber and protein filled soup drag from our fingers as it being devoured. the prawns also gives the soup a nice character. Well done!
5: AMALA, VEGETABLE SOUP WITH CHICKEN

This African classic meets us halfway through the countdown: Amala (Yam Flour) with Vegetable and Chicken dipped in stew. The satiety level of this goes through the roof, a fiber and energy rich meal for an active day. We love the arrangement and that even while compacted in a plate, neatness is maintained.
4: GRILLED PLANTAIN AND YAM WITH VEGETABLE SAUCE AND CHICKEN

We love our yam and plantain grilled, not only does it make make for a sweeter taste, it highlights its fiber content, serving as a good curb to large appetite. The vegetable sauce and chicken placed spacey adds a beautiful contrast. We appreciate neatness and a beautiful contrast. Well done.
3: BEANS PORRIDGE, PEAS AND FISH

A Protein and Fiber nuclear weapon is here! Pairing peas with beans not only adds to its aesthetics but increases its protein content and aids better bowel movement. Careful though, a little of this beauties together will have you feeling fuller than usual. Paired with nicely cut and stewed fish, this promises to taste so homely. We loved the placements, the neatness and the color contrasts of this plate. Amazing work!
2: FIFE POTATO LASAGNA AND TEA

We love and respect creativity at Fit and Feline. The potato lasagna is one of the fairly new recipes we added to our diet plans and this execution is amazing (almost better than the original!). Paired with a neat cup of green tea, this meals goes Divine and has becomes a quick favorite. We love everything about it… every. single. thing. Beautiful presentation.
1. TANGERINE FRUIT BOWL

Our number one meal looks so good, it almost doesn’t even look real.
The genius of this arrangement deserves a round of applause. If Vitamin C could sing, this is what its notes would look like. The beautiful tangerine base, crowned with grapes, pineapple and cucumber, all appears so beautiful and royal. You are torn between picking a fruit to dive in the sweetness or just placing it as a home decoration. We love this with all our heart, and believe it deserves the number one spot.
