10: Moimoi (Bean Pudding)

Simple, Small and yummy; this protein rich pudding invites the mouth to a fiesta of flavor. Something light but satisfying. The plating also deserves a nod.

9: FIFE Beet Smoothie

The blood of your enemies in a cup… LOL, Just Kidding. Our rich blend of Beets, Pineapple and others make for a blood pressure regulating, antioxidant and nutrients providing, gut fixing good tasting smoothie that makes your internal organs cry in sweet relief. You can never go wrong with this spicy deliciousness, especially as dinner. The perfect repair/recovery meal for your body system.

4: Okra Soup with Assorted Meat and Fish

Just when you thought our number 6 already claimed the Okra Soup ‘Dior’, another entry steals the show. What we love most about this plate is how well loaded with proteins it is. It looks like a dish you will be taking your time with to consume and enjoy.

3: Porridge Potato with Fish and Meat

I can bet you sighed. We did too. This dish looks so good you just know it tastes just as good. A sweet energy boost for the road coupled with delicious protein.

2: Oatmeal with nuts and banana, and frozen watermelons

We all love a beautiful breakfast. The arrangement highlights the meal’s simplicity and thoughtfulness. The play with cool colors makes this serving feel easy like Sunday morning. The frozen Watermelon as a side is a very interesting choice. Overall, a very pretty and calm meal.

1. Ekuru with Peppersauce and Catfish

Ekuru is a pudding made from washing, skinning, blending and steaming White Beans/Cowpeas. This fluffy savory meal is a southwest Nigerian favorite, especially in Ondo and Kwara states. Best paired with a spicy sauce just as presented by our client in her dietcam, it becomes a mouthwatering, belly filling delicacy.

Asides the effort and uniqueness of this meal, the plating of this meal deserves a round of applause. The creativity and neatness alone is inspiring, and this is why we think it deserves the number 1 spot!
