For over 8 years, we have been shaking up fitness and making people confident. We mix simplicity and compassion into our programs to boost body confidence and help you look and feel younger and fitter, safely and quickly.

Fit and Feline (FIFE Fitness) boasts of being the world's most effective fitness brand. We have helped numerous people around the world understand fitness basics and achieve their body goals without falling for misinformation. Here is our story...
In 2017 and 2018, we consistently taught hundreds of people, each month, about the importance of health and fitness, building a strong, organic community.
By 2019, due to high demand, we launched the "Plus Abs Minus Belly Fat" program series, taking a hands-on approach to help people shed belly fat and build abs.
In 2020, the COVID-19 lock-down pushed us to create and run full-scale online fitness programs, helping many get in shape from the comfort of their homes.
Through weekly community lectures, fitness discussions, and personalized coaching programs, we began growing into one of the most effective fitness brands in the world.
In 2021, we launched Fitandfeline.com, providing solutions to various fitness challenges through our programs, plans, and community support.
Our successful general fitness programs, like the Get-Ripped series and Days of Fitness series, helped over 900 people get in shape and feel confident.
In June 2021, we introduced the FIFE eGym, a platform designed to promote a healthy and fit lifestyle year-round.
By 2022, we took Fit and Feline to new heights by focusing on helping people regain body confidence and reverse aging. We guided over 5,000 people worldwide in making better fitness and health choices, helping hundreds achieve their dream bodies and look younger, healthier, and fitter.

In 2023, our mission was to achieve true fitness, helping people look their best, become stronger, more resilient, and disciplined. We succeeded on a massive scale.
We strengthened our support structure, making it one of the best in the fitness world. Our influence expanded to countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, and America, helping people globally become their best physical and health-wise, with many breaking their own fitness records.
We launched two major fitness programs: "Operation Birthday Body" in April and "Operation Body Shaping" in November, both achieving incredible results in just three weeks.
We also established a physical office in Ile-Ife, Osun State.
Our goal for 2024 is GROWTH—for our students, members, clients, fans, and staff.
We started by educating everyone on setting proper fitness goals for the year and are helping many regain body confidence and transform their lives.
By the end of this year, we want everyone to look back with pride at their achievements with and through us.
